4) Third-party voices and speech engines
----------------------------------------------------------------

Speech audio is produced using whatever voice engines, voices,
and speech services the user has installed on their computer or
can access through their accounts. These may be supplied by
Microsoft, by third-party voice vendors, or by cloud speech
services, and they are governed by their own terms and licences.

Ghost Reader does not bundle, distribute, or licence any voice
engine or voice data. It simply passes text to whichever voice
the user has selected. Ghost Reader is not responsible for the
availability, pricing, accuracy, privacy practices, behaviour,
or discontinuation of any voice or speech service, whether
built into the operating system, installed separately, or
accessed via a cloud provider.
